Watching an American film,"Nomadland"

 I had been a big fan of The Academy awards since I was 13 years old.　I was used to guess the awards before I couldn't even watch some nominated films in Japan and hand over the paper I wrote my bet to my mother until the oscars day when I was a teenager. Anyway, I was looking forward to watching a this year's sure bet film,"Nomadland". I recently watched it. Because  I had been a long movie buff wastefully, some scenes of this film reminds me of some films such as "Days of Heaven", ”The Whale of August", and, a French film, " Vagabond ”  I have a common with a leading role's husband liked DIY for a car(So does my husband), therefore, I started to synchronize Frances Macdormand's character in this film. But, Not her, I felt relieved to watch her sister's home and realized I can't live like this film. I was fully enjoyed this calm, big and beautiful American nature scenery film which recapture my past that one kind old couple in Cali...

"Anime Japan 2020" announced cancellation this spring officially

World's largest convention for Japanese animation," AnimeJapan 2020" announced cancellation officially cause of prevention for corona virus spreading in Japan. It was planned holding between 21th March and 24th at Tokyo Bigsight. Ticket refunds for the cancellation of "AnimeJapan 2020" will be available for all ticket types. R.I.P. my best friend.

My best friend passed away on 17th Feburary.  She had a serious diseases.  She found it before about 4 mounths.  I couldn't go to her funeral at my hometown cause of Corona virus spreading news.  But, She said to me "Daisuki(I love you)! Arigato(Thank you)!" through last phone call.  I was just surprised by these words cause I thought she is a very cool woman.  I understood she would like to say a farewell to me now. We like to enjoy to talk about drama, books, movies, music every time we met and phoned.  I miss talking about those with her.   I decided to start this site cause I would like to look for anyone in somewhere in the world has same unique feelings like her.  Rest in peace, My best friend.  I also love you and thank you for becoming friends with you from now on!

Conglats to a Korean movie "Parasite" winning Oscars!

It is a good news about a Korean movie"Parasite" winning Oscars for me as one of the same asian who likes to watch Korean movies and dramas.  They made a history even a Japanese director, Akira Kurosawa couldn't make it. I heard Korean government pour much more power to their film industry than their car industry about more than 15 ago.  I get that their effort pays off now.   I know  a director of " Parasite",Bong Joon-ho is excellent, but this movie is contributed by a wonderful actor ,  Song Kang-ho.  He is a non-good looking guy but always  acts attractively in his movies.  I think there is no actors like  him in Japan.  I was so dissapointed by his non-nominated Oscars(I know  Joaquin Phoenix won Oscars even if he is nominated). I will show my favorite movie's trailer of director  Bong Joon-ho's first directed film "Barking dogs never bite".
