Watching an American film,"Nomadland"

 I had been a big fan of The Academy awards since I was 13 years old.　I was used to guess the awards before I couldn't even watch some nominated films in Japan and hand over the paper I wrote my bet to my mother until the oscars day when I was a teenager. Anyway, I was looking forward to watching a this year's sure bet film,"Nomadland". I recently watched it. Because  I had been a long movie buff wastefully, some scenes of this film reminds me of some films such as "Days of Heaven", ”The Whale of August", and, a French film, " Vagabond ”  I have a common with a leading role's husband liked DIY for a car(So does my husband), therefore, I started to synchronize Frances Macdormand's character in this film. But, Not her, I felt relieved to watch her sister's home and realized I can't live like this film. Film adaptation of TV drama"What did you eat at last dinner?" in 2021

I am glad to hear the news of this last year's my No.1 favourite TV drama will be adaptated by a film next year.

This drama is based on the popular comic books by a famous comic writer, Fumi Yoshinaga.  The news of TV dramatizing became a world No.1 twitter trend.

The story is a daily life of a gay couple who are a closet gay lawyer and a hairdresser.  The drama extend to their daily dinner made by a lawyer who likes household saving.  I tend to synchronized the hairdresser who is mad about his partner too much.  The actor who play the gay couple act sense of intimacy. Especially, Seiyo Uchino, the hairdresser character played surprised me before this drama he always play tough guy chracters. Hidetoshi Nishijima, the lawyer one also act perfect calmly in other hand Seiyo Uchino act brilliantly.

I agree this drama was the highest ratings of the internet viewings in Japan.  But, This special drama in last January was not good cause there are too much typical manga expression of the 2 hours drama.

Anyway, I am looking foward to watch this hit drama that published a cookbook of this drama's food recipe in a movie theater.
